So happy Nora Nails opened in Waterloo! I used to drive 30 minutes just to get my nails done, but now I have an amazing salon much closer to home. Jenny is absolutely wonderful. She’s so sweet, incredibly talented, and always makes my nails look gorgeous. I couldn’t recommend Nora Nails and Jenny more!

I’ve been in twice recently and have been really happy with my experience. The salon feels clean and updated, with comfortable, working massage pedicure chairs and a huge variety of color and service options (regular polish, gel, dip, etc.). Everyone has been very friendly and welcoming. My pedicure was excellent—very thorough and gentle, and the polish was neat and precise with great attention to detail. And the color lasted a whole month! I also appreciated seeing them open sterile tool pouches and sanitize both the tubs and chairs between guests. The only downside for me was pricing. The base pedicure was $35 (very reasonable!), but gel was an additional $15. It is clearly posted and not a surprise charge, just a little more than I personally value. I’ll definitely be back!
They have new management and it was SOOOO good. They were so clean, friendly, and gave me exactly what I wanted. We were all giggling the whole time. The best experience I’ve ever had.
